Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathological or imaging diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, has lost the chance of radical surgery and karnofsky score> 60 points, life expectancy is expected> 3 months, heart and liver function and blood normal, family and patients are willing to accept palliative surgery Treatment and brachytherapy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pancreatic cancer outside the tumor; patients with life expectancy <3 months; tumor lesions invasion of the portal vein and its branches, vascular stenosis length greater than 5cm and associated with intimal lesions; tumor 360 degree around the superior mesenteric artery, Its branch.
