Group N:In the experimental group, intravenous infusion of nalbuphine 0.2mg/kg for 15 minutes before skin incision
Group P:give NS 15 minutes before skin incision

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, ASA I-II; 2. aged 18-65 years; 3. BMI (Body Mass Index) 18.5~30 kg/m2; 4. With normal communication and certain learning ability; 5. Having signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious respiratory or circulatory diseases: such as severe atherosclerosis of coronary artery, cardiac failure, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure; 2. Neurological diseases: such as severe cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction , hemiplegia or aphasia; 3. Mental illness: such as schizophrenia or depression; 4. Long-term abuse of drugs: including chemotherapy drugs and analgesics; 5. Obvious liver or kidney dysfunction; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. allergy to opioid.
