Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Partial-thickness donor sites or within 48 hr of second degree burn wound; 2. participants ages between 18 to 65 years old; 3. participants who agreed and signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Impaired cardiovascular function (signs and symptoms of cardiac failure), impaired hepatic function (serum total bilirubin >1.5 times higher than upper limit of normal), impaired renal function (increased in blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen) or those with hematological complications; 2. Participants with severe hypoalbuminemia (plasma albumin <25g/L) or with severe systemic infection (e.g. septicemia); 3. Participants on corticosteroids or with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; 4. Pregnant or breast feeding participants; 5. Participants who were involved in other clinical trials in the last 3 months.
