10 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Osteosarcoma patients aged 10 to 65 years, gender is not limited; 2. All cases are planned to accept the standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radical surgery, adjuvant chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the requirements of chemotherapy; 2. The primary tumor can not undergo radical surgery; 3. Severe heart, lung, brain, kidney, gastrointestinal and systemic disease; 4. Unable to collaborate; 5. Women of childbearing age who are pregnant, lactating or preparing for conception;
