Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-60 years, elective thoracic surgery, normal lung work, preoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI>35, smoking history, asthma history, COPD and other lung diseases, recent pulmonary inflammation, and drug treatment
