Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Seventy patients aged 65 to 79 years, with an American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) I–II, who was scheduled to undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer were enrolled in the study; 2. the subjects have signed informed consent; 3. operation time is 2~4 H.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. there are contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia; 2. have severe cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. there are obvious cognitive dysfunction, can not match; 4. intraoperative conversion of laparoscopy to laparotomy; 5. patients with mental disorders; 6. A patient with a history of alcohol and drug dependence. 7. There is a history of surgery in the last 3 months; 8. people with poorly controlled glucose and those with chronic pain; 9. The intraoperative bleeding volume was >500 mL; 10. Patients with extensive subcutaneous emphysema and postoperative hypercapnia can not be corrected in the short term.
