Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients scheduled for laparoscopic colorectal surgery; aged 60~79 years; BMI 20~30.CO2 pneumoperitoneum time>90min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: accompanied by severe brain, heart, pulmonary, liver and kidney disease;Patients refusal;Converted to open laparotomy midway
