Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the clinical diagnosis of vitiligo, the skin lesion on the face and neck; 2. Aged 16 to 65 years old male and female; 3. did not be treated systematically or local treatment in past two months; 4. To be willing to accept the treatment and to take pictures for the skin lesions, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the sites of treatment were complicated by vitiligo and other skin diseases and infections; 2. Pregnant women and lactating women; 3. There were serious heart, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases; 4. Those were allergic to tacrolimus and ultraviolet.
