18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 18 and 65, inclusive of 18 and 65 years old; 2. Normal and high-risk groups of diabetes; 3. For women of childbearing age, urine pregnancy test is negative; 4. Patient signs informed consent; 5. No diabetes, heart disease, liver and kidney disease, gastrointestinal diseases, endocrine diseases, sleep disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning pregnancy during the trial; 2. people who has severe arrhythmia and other cardiovascular adverse events after drinking coffee; 3. Patients with overt liver or kidney disease (ALT or AST 2-3 times upper limit of normal, or T-Bil 1.5 times upper limit of normal, or Cr> 115 µmol/L); 4. Serum triglycerides> 5mmol/L; 5. people who have severe arrhythmia, unstable or severe angina, cardiac insufficiency (NYHA classification III, IV); 6. people who have malignant tumors, tuberculosis and other chronic wasting disease, blood diseases, mental illness, autoimmune diseases, significant digestion and absorption disorders, or suffered from acute cerebrovascular disease in the nearly 6 months.
