Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years old, ASA1-2, patients in the operation of vocal cord polypectomy under the suspension larygoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patiens with hypertension, coronary heart disease, infection of upper airway, BMI more than 25kg/m2
