Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60-75 years old; Type 2 diabetes, consistent with the diagnostic criteria in 1999 (WHO); confirmed mild lower limb vascular disease after DSA or lower limb blood vessel color ultrasound detection;voluntary participation in this study, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes with severe insulin secretion;Diabetes with unstable blood glucose; High blood pressure, systolic pressure is higher than 180mmHg; High blood glucose is higher than 14mmol/L; Diabetic severe lower limb angiopathy (foot ulcer or gangrene); Amputation;Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, acute infection, renal complications and severe retinopathy; insufficient blood supply to the brain; Multiple arteritis, severe lower limb varicose veins and other peripheral vascular diseases; serious skeletal muscle diseases; Prone to fall; Unable to complete the program independently; Cognitive dysfunction.
