Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-60-year-old healthy population in community, denied past history of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, deny the history of chronic diseases, did not take hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive and other drugs; 2. meet the definition of metabolic syndrome patients (2013 version of CDS): with the following five components of three or all can be diagnosed with metabolic syndrome: (1) Abdominal obesity: waist circumference male = 90cm, female = 85cm; (2) Hyperglycemia: fasting blood glucose = 6.1mmol / L or glucose load 2h blood glucose = 7.8mmol / L and (or) have been diagnosed with diabetes and treatment; (3) Hypertension: Blood pressure =130 / 85mmHg and (or) have been identified as hypertension and treatment. Fasting TG=1.70mmol/L; (4) Fasting HDL-C <1.04mmol/L. 3. All patients were informed consent, voluntarily participate, signed informed consent; 4. Familiar with WeChat usage and use of smartphones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previously diagnosed with diabetes in the recent three monthsm, and have used or are using hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering drugs, antihypertensive drugs; 2. pregnant or lactating women; 3. surgery or other stress patients in the recent three monthsm; 4. serious liver or kidney dysfunction, or severe cardio-cerebral/pulmonary vascular disease patients with thyroid disease, combined with a variety of acute infectious diseases; 5. blood pressure = 160/100mmHg; 6. fasting triglycerides = 7mmol/L; 7. fasting blood glucose = 9mmol/L; 8. learning or cognitive dysfunction.
