Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are diagnosed with PCOS by the 2003 Rotterdam criteria, who have insulin resistance (HOMA index > 2.77). They are infertile because of PCOS (at least with a side of unobstructed fallopion tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who has severe systemic disease or other endocrine diseases such as diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disease. oligospermia or azoospermia.
