30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. understand the whole process of the test, volunteered, and signed informed consent; 2. diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (WHO standards, 1999), aged from 30 to 70 years old male and female; 3. UMA <30mg / 24h, eGFR=90 ml/min/1.73m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy; 2. patients with definitive diagnosis as other causes of kidney disease, including glomerulonephritis; 3. patients with hypertension; 4. patients with liver damage, and ALT, AST beyond 2 times of the upper limit of normal value; 5. patients with abnormal renal function, and serum creatinine = 133µmo l/L; 6. patients with severe heart disease, such as unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure; 7. patients with other serious primary disease; 8. patients with acute complications of diabetes mellitus, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemic syndrome; 9. patients with pregnancy, preparing for pregnancy and breast-feeding; 10. patients with mental disorders; 11. patients who can not or refuse to cooperate.
