Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nanchong college students at least 18 years old; 2. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of migraine or tension-type headache.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe lesions of central nervous system (stroke or tumor. et al); 2. Severe mental disease; 3. Obvious sick state.
