Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with diabetic foot,in severe condtition even need to be amputated

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with foot fracture history; 2. patients with foot deformity; 3. patiens who are taking hormone drugs
