Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The recurrence of serum testosterone was measured before treatment of ovariectomized (2 ng/ml; the bone ECT scan without bone metastases or soft tissue lesions progress; the discontinuation of anti androgen drugs (flutamide and bicalutamide) at least 4 weeks. This study obtained informed consent approved by the hospital ethics committee and patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with abnormal coagulation function; 2. serious urinary tract infection; 3. severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
