Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 2. Gastroscopy recorgnised the tumor locate at the gastroesophageal junction (Seiwert II); 3. Pathological diagnosis of adenocarcinoma; 4. CXR/CT, abdominal ultrasound/CT exclude metastasis; 5. Resectable tumor; 6. No history of previous gastrointestinal surgery; 7. Good cardiopulmnoary functions; 8. Expectation survival period more than 6 months; 9. Patients included in this trail must be informed; 10. No other relevant diseases (ex: tumors in other sites or serious disease heart or central nervous system, CNS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Seiwert I, III
