Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) in children with PICU and NICU: respiratory distress: clinical manifestations (cyanosis, shortness of breath, nasal incitement, three sign positive), sea level atmospheric pressure, the exclusion of cardiac structure shunt and reduction of the original cardiac output PO2 50mm Hg.(2) hemodynamic instability: A. There are reasons for the cause of circulating fluctuations: such as infection, trauma, blood loss, loss of fluid, burns, heart dysfunction and so on. B. Disturbance of consciousness. C = heart rate: 0- 4 years old -12 years old: = 150 times / Min or = 110 times / min: = 110 times / min or = 70 times / min;> 12 years old: = 100 times / min or = 60 times / min. D. Limbs wet, limbs end CRT> 2S, skin pattern, mucous membrane pale or cyanosis, urine 4 years old- = 120mmHg or =90mmHg;> 12 years old: = 130mmHg or =100mmHg; or diastolic blood pressure abnormalities (diastolic blood pressure is 2/3 systolic blood pressure).Previously there are a and e, and there are b, c, d one of which was selected for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital cyanosis except congenital heart 2. combined with severe thoracic deformity, or a lot of subcutaneous emphysema can not be cardiopulmonary ultrasound.
