Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, aged 18-60yr, scheduled for tympanomastoid surgery with postauricular incisions under general anesthesia, without coagulopath, not receiving anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy, without nerve system diseases, no serious cardiac arrhythmias (especially mobitz II or high degree A-VB, QT prolongation, etc.) without severe hypertension, without coronary heart disease, without cerebrovascular disease, and with approvel of the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were coagulopathies,peripheral neuropathy, known allergy or hypersensitivity to ropivacaine, hypertension, ischemic diseases of brain and heart, and clinically relevant abnormalities in the ECG.
