Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study, we expect approximately 150 people will be enrolled in visual disease patients, and reference disease history at the same time (including subjective / objective visual quality assessment such as refractive error, binocular vision abnormalities and strabismus)and we also enroll the objectives such as healthy volunteers according to the approximate conditions. The consecutive measure parameters of the subjects whom undergoing surgery (pre- and post-operative) for the traditional devices and VR measurement: hacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for cataract surgery, strabismus, glaucoma or visual field defect disease. Fellow-up period were one week, one month to 6 months after the subjective visual, objective optical and anatomical parameters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe strabismus, opaque cornea or crystalline lens, retinal disease, and psychiatric patients; 2. The subjectives who can not cooperate with the examinations.
