Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 18; confirmed diagnosed with kidney cancer by pathological examination; generally good body condition, ECOG score=2, tolerable for blood collection, surgery, and medical treatment; have not received any anti-tumor treatment before admittd to hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with benign renal tumor by pathological examination; refused to sign the informed consent
