Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. informed consent of the mother and family members and voluntary participation; 2. natural delivery, except for the delivery of the midwife, the nurse will accompany the delivery, and the operation of the caesarean section will be performed with a one-to-one neonatal management nurse; 3. gestational age of 35 to 41 weeks, newborn weight is greater than 2500g, 1 minute Apgar score is greater than 7, 5 minutes Apgar score is greater than 8, early contact early sucking, the newborn vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women with preplacental placenta, placental abruption or severe conditions of preeclampsia and heart disease need immediate treatment; 2. use of du cold ding, anisodamine or cesarean section in the course of production, and the use of endotracheal intubation general anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia can not be used for early contact and early contact of the mother; 3. premature birth, asphyxiation, deformity, infection and other newborns need to be resuscitated immediately and are immediately sent to NICU; 4. there are those who are breast-feeding contraindications.
