18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-65 years; 2. Undergoing elective general surgery with general anesthesia; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I to III; 4. The duration of surgery being over 2 hours; 5. With informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any neurological disease; 2. Any psychological diseasewith antipsychotics; 3. Alcohol or drug addictions; 4. Usage of sedatives; 5. Allergic to inhaled anesthetics; 6. Family history of Malignant Hyperthermia; 7. Serious cardiovascular diseases; 8. Renal or hepatic dysfunction; 9. Participated in other clinical trial in 3 months.
