16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. informed consent before treatment and 2. conformation to the diagnostic criteria of pre-liver failure proposed by the Liver Failure and Artificial Liver Study Group of the Chinese Medical Association (2012 edition); 3. aged between 16 and 65 years; 4. Patients with chronic hepatitis B or compensatory iver cirrhosis of hepatitis B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Obstructive jaundice caused by liver tumor and bile duct stones; (2) Drug-induced hepatitis,alcoholic hepatitis and autoimmune hepatitis; (3) No other serious systemic disease such as hyperthyroidism,blood disease and so on; (4) Hepatitis B causes liver failure; (5) Other viral infections that cause liver failure; (6) Unwilling to cooperate and poor compliance.
