Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in the diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia (ICD-10: B02.206 +); 2. the course of disease > 30 days; the course of disease 45 year; 6. the outpatient or day surgery ward.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients are not willing to accept any treatments; 2. the important viscera function are abnormal ,should be admitted to hospital; 3. Pregnant women; 4. other diseases which seriously affected chest back pain; 5. active tuberculosis; 6. patients can't understand NRS; 7. serious ulcers, infections of skin; 8. severely abnormal blood coagulation function; 9. severe diabetes without specialist treatment.
