Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Reproductive age women with regular menstruation and normal ovarian reserve function; (2) Cancer patients, eg. breast cancer, hodgkin lymphoma, endometrial cancer, cervix cancer, leukemia, etc; (3) Benign diseases: eg. severe endometriosis, and diseases with high risk of ovarian failure, eg. leukemia, aplastic anaemia; (4) Patients should have the ability to tolerate the oophorectomy or lesion resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cancers with a high risk of ovary metastasis; (2) Patients cannot tolerate oophorectomy or lesion resection.
