Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with stage IB1 cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the tumor diameter less than 2cm; no lymph nodes metastasis by PET-CT or sentinel lymph node biopsy; patients with fertility needs and available to following-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with suspicious lymph node metastasis or other site metastasis; Patients with cancerous emboli in the vasculature; Patients with other pathological types and other stages; Patients with infectious dieases which may impact the treatment effects, such as HIV.
