tranexamic acid group:Tranexamic acid 1g is injected into the proximal femoral medullary cavity
control group:20 mL of saline is injected into the proximal femoral medullary cavity

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged =60 years; 2. intertrochanteric fracture treated with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) has deep venous thrombosis before operation; 2) preoperative hemoglobin (Hb) 3 weeks.
