adequate lubricated combinated with Ephedrine:adequate lubricated with jelly combinated with Ephedrine drops pretreatment
tip 4cm lubricated:tip 4cm lubricated+1ml jelly drop
Lubricate from the tip to 10cm up on the cuff:Lubricate from the tip to 10cm up on the cuff+1ml jelly drop
full lubricated:Fully lubricated from the tip to the curve of the nose+1ml jelly drop
only tip 4cm lubricated:only tip 4cm lubricated

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient going to accept craniofacial surgery, aged 18~50 years, American anesthesiology classification (ASA) I or II, it is planned to perform elective plastic surgery patients under general anesthesia with nasal tracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To be awake intubation, blood coagulation dysfunction, a history of nearly 2 weeks, oral decongestants, antihistamines, or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, nasal trauma history, nasal deformity, recurrent epistaxis, drug use and any known allergy.
