Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for cardiopulmonary bypass during open heart surgery will be enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With a history of significant renal, hepatic, neurological and pulmonary inflammatory disease, recent use of antiinflammatory or antioxidation drugs, long term use of glucocorticoidor or immunodepressant.
