Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-65 years old; 2. Oral lesions confined to the gums or gingival groove and other parts, generally symmetrical, white or gray-white papules, plaques, mesh, ring type, which can be accompanied by hyperemia, erosions, vesicular lesions; at the same time or separately in the skin, finger (toe) a part of the damage, skin damage to purple-red polygonal flat papules, finger (toe) in a thumb, deck atrophy thinning and dull, there are serious fissure formation; 3. Pathologically excessive orthokeratinized epithelial hyperkeratosis or not, spinous layer hyperplasia or atrophy, liquefaction degeneration of the basal cell layer, lamina propria lymphocyte infiltration strip; 4. Clinical damage of oral lichen planus score the first diagnosis fraction more than 5 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. any history of systemic disease (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease); 2. use any of Antibiotics, hormones or immunomodulators 3 months before; 3. subjects who with any other mucosal diseases in the mouth; 4. a history of allergies to immunosuppressants or regulators; 5. subjects who had received periodontal treatment within the last 6 months.
