Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 65 years old; 2. With the instability of the lumbar spine and lumbar activity or hip pain associated with postural change and nerve damage symptoms, including sudden activity limitation, waist "unstable locking" phenomenon, rest or brace can relieve the brake no pain symptoms; obvious neurological signs or had transient nerve compression symptoms; 3. Routine lumbar lateral radiograph, but without hyperextension flexion X-ray measurement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion of lumbar spondylolisthesis, structural scoliosis, severe osteoporosis, old fracture, and the history of lumbar surgery
