Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The pregnant women aged <37 years old, the primary school degree or above; from 24 weeks of gestation can accept pregnancy examination during pregnancy, childbirth education in the hospital outpatient; the primipara, single head, no deformity and normal fetal position, canal stenosis, cephalopelvic disproportion etc. the contraindication of vaginal delivery; the plan in the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women with a history of habitual abortion, threatened premature labor, and a history of spontaneous abortion (avoid disputes between doctors and patients). A combination of organic mental disorders, with a history of mental illness or extremely weak body.
