Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aaged 18 to 70 years; 2. Did not use topical antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops within a week, do not drop any eye drops in test day; 3. eye standards: (1) Exclusion of acute conjunctivitis; (2) Exclusion of glaucoma, iridocyclitis, fundus disease and other eye diseases (age-matched cataract is not excluded). For lacrimal duct obstruction patients, the criteria should also meet: 1. Unilateral lacrimal duct obstruction. 2. no lacrimal punctum inflammation or lacrimal canaliculus inflammation, no acute dacryocystitis. For facial paralysis patients, the criteria should also meet: 1. Facial paralysis = III level according to House-Brackmann scale; 2. Unilateral paralysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) eye surgery history and eye disease history; 2) mental disorders or serious systemic diseases.
