Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first Central Hospital of Tianjin from October 2016 to March 2019 clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, clinical TNM stage III or IV, patients can not be radical surgery; 2. Intraoperative or postoperative pathological confirmed as Pancreatic cancer patients; 3. Life expectancy of patients = 3 months; 4. Patients or their families agree to the implementation of particle implantation; 5. Patients without heart, kidney and other important organ disease severity, preoperative assessment can tolerate the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of advanced pancreatic cancer, due to the patient's physical condition, family members and other reasons reluctant to carry out the treatment of patients; 2. Clinical TNM staging for pancreatic cancer I or II, for various reasons only conservative surgery Of the patients; 3. Intraoperative or postoperative non-pathological diagnosis of pancreatic cancer only clinically diagnosed patients; 4. Admitted to hospital before treatment of other patients (including chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy); 5. Life expectancy of patients <3 months; 6. patients or their families refused to implement particle implantation.
