Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic standards of insomnia disorders, American diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (fifth edition); 2. Not been treated; 3. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic reaction to the anesthesia; 2. asthmatic; 3. There is a tendency of bleeding; 4. Patients with snoring or sleep apnea syndrome.
