Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were diagnosed as T2DM based on 1999 WHO criteria: FPG=7.0mmol/L and/or PPG=11.1mmol/L; 2. T2DM patients received metformin hydrochloride for at least 2 days so they were at pharmacokinetic steady state; 3. All patients were unrelated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in pregnancy or lactation period; 2. Patients with drug abuse history within a year; 3. Patients with other endocrine diseases; 4. Patients with malignant tumor; 5. Patiente taking drugs as proton pump inhibitor.
