54 Years to 82 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old, less than 85 years old; 2. The preoperative diagnosis was lumbar spinal stenosis, and the symptoms, signs and imaging data were consistent with this diagnosis; 3. patients undergoing lumbar posterior fusion and internal fixation; 4. Patients with clear awareness, normal communication skills, can successfully complete the questionnaire, no cognitive and communication barriers;5.Informed and agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other patients with lumbar disease, such as lumbar disc herniation; 2. Patients with other non fusion lumber surgery; 3. Patients undergoing anterior and posterior lumbar spine surgery at the same time; 4. Patients with severe complications after surgery; 5. Patients with severe disability, combined with multiple organ failure and other diseases affecting the quality of life.
