Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: meet the diagnostic criteria of cafe-au-lait macules; never receive any tratments before; signature the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurofibromatosis type 1; pregnant; allergic to topical anesthesia; wound in the macules; participating in other clinical trials.
