18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18~80 years old male and female; 2) preoperative and intraoperative judgment of surgical feasibility of benign or malignant tumor of the region of pancrease and duodenum; 3) voluntary trial, legal agent informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative evaluation: 1) refuse to participate in clinical trials; 2) follow-up could not be completed; 3) no surgical indications after MDT discussion; 4) severe heart and lung disease and diabetes; 5) preoperative total bilirubin was greater than 200 mg/dL; 6) preoperative serum albumin was less than 35g/L; 7) BMI was greater than 28; 8) history of abdominal surgery; 9) application of somatostatin drugs before surgery; 10) borderline resectable tumor. 2. Intraoperative evaluation: 1) the operation time is more than 6 hours; 2) intraoperative blood loss was greater than 1000ml; 3) a fat pancreas; 4) main pancreatic duct diameter 15mm.
