Interventions

control group of high risk group:graduated compression stockings
experimental group of high risk group:graduated compression stockings +low molecular weight heparin
control group of very high risk group:graduated compression stockings + intermittent pneumatic compression
experimental group of very high risk group:graduated compression stockings + intermittent pneumatic compression+low molecular weight heparin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who participate voluntarily; according to the flowing 6 criterion: 1. aged =50 years; 2. hypertension; 3. varicose vein of lower extremity; 4. pelvic laparotomy; 5. expected surgery time =1h; 6. post surgery bedridden time =48h, every criterion value 1 point,patients with pelvic surgery for gynecological disease are divided into high risk group(=2 point) and very high risk group(=3 point).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with thrombophlebitis or pulmonary embolism; preoperative acute LEDVT as evidenced by ultrasound; with thrombocytopenia(plt count<100*10^9) or coagulopathy; who are using anticoagulants, i.e. aspirin etc.; who are posthemorrhagic as evidenced by past history of intracranial hemorrhage or gastrointestinal bleeding; who have congestive heart failure pulmonary or leg edema, or complicated by pregnancy; dermatitis, gangrene, or newly received transplantation of the legs, severe atherosclerosis or other ischemic diseases of the legs; who have severe deformation of the legs.
