Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 80 years; 2. Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer by lab examination and CT scan preoperaitvely; 3. Life expectancy > 3 Months; 4. Acceptable heart,lung,liver and kidney founction; 5. No preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative death; 2. R0 resection is not available; 3. water perfusion volume < 1000ml; 4. abdominal inflammatory disease; 5. Postoperative pathology demonstrated no pancreatic cancer or Positive margin.
