18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male or female,aged between 18-70 years old; (2) preoperative biopsy suggests papillary carcinoma; (3) do not combine other thyroid diseases; (4) thyroid surgery for the first time; (5) female patients are not pregnant or lactating; (6) diameter of the largest mass < 5cm; (7) non-glandular invasion; (8) no distant metastasis; (9) no patients with hyperthyroidism; (10) without parathyroid excitation and normal parathyroid gland development were not affected by trachea, esophageal or laryngeal nerve compression, and there was no obvious variation in the position of the parathyroid gland; (11) the coagulation function is normal, the cardiopulmonary function is normal or after the systematic treatment to be able to tolerate general anesthesia and the operation; (12) patients who have the intention of operation and sign the consent of informed consent; (13) willing to cooperate with the study and sign the patient who has informed consent of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) preoperative biopsy suggested not papillary carcinoma; (2) combine other thyroid diseases; (3) multiple operation of thyroid surgery; (4) pregnant or lactating women; (5) the largest mass diameter > 5cm; (6) external invasion of glands; (7) distant metastasis; (8) patients with hyperthyroidism of parathyroid gland induced hyperthyroidism; (9) of the patients with hyperthyroidism of the parathyroid gland induced by the trachea, esophageal or laryngeal nerve compression were abnormal; (10) abnormal coagulation function, abnormal cardiorespiratory function or can not tolerate systemic anaesthesia and surgical treatment after systematic treatment; (11) to refuse to sign the operation informed consent form and the patient who has informed consent of this study; (12) patients who refuse to carry out surgical treatment;
