Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Clinical assessment of swallowing disorders, Japan dysphagia classification grade=4; 3. Kudzu water test grade=3; 4. Aged 18-70 years, more than 3 years after radiotherapy; 5. Conscious, cooperation with examination and treatment, vital signs stable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious pulmonary infection, important organ failure, critical condition, tumor recurrence or metastasis; 2. Previous oral, pharynx and esophageal structure abnormalities; 3. mouth width less than 1cm.
