60 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients informed consent; 2. ranging in age from 60 to 79 years; 3. ranging in weight from 50-85kg; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who are not informed consent; 2. patients with injurys of vital organs: including liver function,renal function, cardiac function and coagulation function; 3. patients with metastatic disease; 4. patients with nerve disease or mental disease, or long-term use of narcotic drug; 5. patients with sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block, or sinus bradycardia.
