20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy volunteer half male and half females,age 21-30, BMI19.4-24.4 Kg/m2; (2) No long-term smoking and addicted to wine history, heart, lung, liver and kidney without abnormal, no spinal cord injury, no endocrine disease, no hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, no acid-base imbalance or electrolyte disturbance, no esophageal varices; (3) Neither used drugs affect the autonomic nerve nor glucocorticoid two weeks before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) routine electrocardiogram show that interference ECG analysis,such as bundle branch block, left ventricular hypertrophy, atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter, high-grade atrioventricular block: long QT interval syndrome; (2) patient of central nervous system disorder, autonomic nervous system disorder; use drugs as beta-blocker or drugs affect central nervous system; (3) Person that esophagus atrial pacing electrode imbedding can not pace-making.
