Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. They are in healthy state with the BMI index above 18.5; 2. They have a stable body weight relatively; 3. They have good compliance; 4. They have lived in Chongqing for more than 5 years; 5. The study participants should not receive antibiotic treatment, probiotics, prebiotics during the 3 months before the start of the study; 6. They have no severe hypertension,coronary heart disease,cancer,digestive disease and other metabolic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 The non-compliant participant should be excluded; 2 The study participants should not receive antibiotic treatment, probiotics, prebiotics during the 3 months before the start of the study; 3 The participant who has acute or chronic inflammatory diseases or infectious diseases at study entry should be exclude; 4 The participant who has digestive system diseases should be excluded; 5 .The participant who can not complete the study because of having disease or moving elsewhere should be excluded.
