Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy women; 2. Aged 15 to 35 years; 3. Dextromanuality(the left side of the brain is dominant hemisphere); 4. All volunteers provided written informed consent prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The history of head injury; 2. Patients with acute or chronic pain,such as dysmenorrhea; 3. Patients with mental or nervous symptoms,or with other acute or chronic diseases of internal medicine; 4. Participants with any discomforts before the first intervention; 5. Taking drugs that affect the nervous system function 7 days before the first intervention, including analgesics and sedatives; 6. The scalp or skin where recording or stimulating electrodes will be placed at with any diseases, deformities or wounds; 7. Having pregnancy or planning to have pregnancy.
