20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy males 2. Aged 20 – 30 years 3. No underlying disease or any history of clinically significant cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, neurological and renal diseases4. The body mass index (BMI) within 18 – 25 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A significant abnormal electrocardiographic (ECG) finding 2. A resting heart rate less than 60 beats/min at screening 3. Significant abnormal complete blood count, serum electrolyte, serum creatinine levels, and thyroid function test 4. Recent cigarette smoking or alcohol drinking 5. Use of any other medication within 2 weeks before study participation 6. Consumption of any curcumin-rich foods such as curry within 1 week before study participation.
